We understand that sometimes plans change. At Jungle View Resort, we strive to make the process of cancellation as smooth as possible for our guests.
Cancellation Terms:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date are not eligible for a refund.
- No Show: Guests who do not arrive at the property on the check-in date will be considered a "No Show" and will be charged the full booking amount.
Booking Modification:
Modifications or amendments to bookings are permitted only if made at least 5 days before the check-in date. Please contact us directly to request any changes.
Important Notes:
- Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment wherever possible.
- Bank charges, if any, will be borne by the customer.
- All cancellations and modifications must be communicated via email or through direct contact with our reservations team.
- Refund processing time may vary between 7 to 10 business days.
